Ward-Based Clinical Pharmacist (NHS Locum, Band 7)

West Middlesex Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) to work as a locum across wards. You will review prescriptions, advise on dosing, and contribute to ward rounds, collaborating with doctors and pharmacists.

The role requires an MPharm, GPhC registration, at least 2 years post-graduate experience, and NHS experience within the last 3 years. Full UK right to work is required. Competitive hourly pay and flexible shift pattern offered.
