3-Month Contract: Vocational Coach for Employment Support

Civic Recruitment Limited in Bromley is seeking an Employment Specialist for a 3-month contract with a local authority. You will deliver tailored one-to-one employment support, conduct vocational assessments, and assist with CVs and interview preparation.

You will manage an active caseload, develop action plans, and help participants overcome barriers to employment, including health conditions, disabilities, or long-term unemployment.
