Retail Supervisors/Managers

Overview

Enniskillen based retail supervisory & management roles for a new pop‑up fashion store opening soon. Contracts run 9‑12 months with the potential to become permanent at another location if a good fit.

Positions & Compensation

• Store Manager – £31,000 – £35,000+ KPI bonus
• Assistant Store Manager – £28,200 – £30,000
• Supervisor – 30 hrs/week, £13.35/hour

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and orchestrate the day‑to‑day success of the store, ensuring operational excellence, excellent customer experience and efficient team performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
• Strong leadership and team education skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
• Exceptional interpersonal, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Physical capability to perform various work‑floor activities such as reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling and carrying goods
