Care Assistant – 24/7 Support for Independent Living

Radis Community Care is looking for a full-time Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our new Willow Gardens team in Chipping Norton (OX7). The development provides modern living with on-site facilities and access to local amenities.

You will support residents with personal care, help with daily activities, and promote independence, dignity and respect. Shifts include 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-7am, with alternate weekends.
