Shift Supervisor – Recycling Plant (5‑Day Week, Bonus Potential)

AuB Talent is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its waste management operations at a recycling site in the London area. You will oversee day-to-day shift activities, ensure safe, efficient production, and work with maintenance and production teams to meet quality targets.
