1625 Independent People (1625ip) is seeking a Project Worker to join the Charles England House team in Patchway. You will support homeless and care‑experienced young people on their journey to independent living, using its PIE and Trauma‑Informed Practice framework.

No prior PIE/TIP experience is required; we will provide training. The permanent role offers a salary in the advertised range and a rota that includes evenings and weekends in a supportive, values‑driven environment.
