Interim Planned Maintenance Surveyor / Project Manager position in Surrey. Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office, with a 3-6 month initial contract and a competitive day rate inside IR35.
You will support the local authority in delivering capital programmes, managing end-to-end planned maintenance, coordinating procurement, and overseeing contractors. Site visits across the borough and an immediate start are expected.
