Attendance Champion for Student Success

Peterborough College is seeking an Attendance Coach on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This data‑centric role focuses on rapid attendance follow‑up and early pastoral intervention to identify and remove barriers to learning.

You will conduct home visits where appropriate, liaise with parents and external agencies, and work with curriculum teams to achieve an overall attendance rate of 95% across study programmes.
