Senior Watersports Park Lead & Instructor

Anglian Water is seeking a Senior Park Instructor for Alton Water in Suffolk. You will support the Activities Manager, ensure safe and high-quality delivery of watersport activities, and lead from the front to develop others.

You will manage daily park operations, oversee online bookings, conduct risk assessments, inspections and incident reporting while maintaining outstanding customer service and safe environments for visitors.
