School: Primary school in the M40 Oldham area

Role Summary

This full‑time role will involve teaching a Year5/6 class. The successful candidate should be a confident and strong classroom practitioner able to quickly build positive relationships, maintain high expectations and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Have recent experience teaching within KS2
• Be confident teaching a Year5/6 class
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
• Be reliable, adaptable and committed
• Work effectively as part of a wider school team

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous UK primary teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum

Note: This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) due to the level of experience required.
