Band 2 Healthcare Assistant

Mid-View Healthcare is looking for compassionate and reliable Band 2 Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Norwich. As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting registered nurses and the wider clinical team. Duties include assisting with personal care, monitoring and recording observations, supporting patients with mobility, nutrition and hydration, and helping to maintain a safe, clean and dignified environment.

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital or healthcare setting
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
