Long Term Futures are recruiting a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming OFSTED ‘Good’ two-form entry primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. The role focuses on supporting learning across Year 5 with small-group interventions for pupils with SEMH, autism and behavioural needs.
