Performance Coach: Data-Driven Coaching for Customers

Michael Page is seeking a Performance Coach to work with operational teams, using coaching, behavioural development and data insights to drive better customer conversations and measurable improvements in performance.

This role focuses on coaching over traditional training, with hybrid working (2–3 days onsite in Grantham) and free onsite parking. You will identify development needs from performance data and quality insights to support colleagues and leaders in achieving impact.
