DO & CO is seeking a Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine for the night shift to join our luxury airline catering team in the United Kingdom. You will prepare and produce authentic Indian dishes, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will supervise the Indian cuisine section, guide junior team members, and help meet production targets, flight schedules, and safety requirements while upholding HACCP
