CAD Technician — BIM, Space Planning & Asset Data

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a CAD Technician to join the UHS Estates Limited Building Information Team. You will manage AutoCAD/ArchiCAD drawings, maintain as-built records and support BIM and space data initiatives to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.

Based at the Trust, you will engage with multiple teams, update records across capital development projects, and contribute to asset data integrity and compliance with NHS standards.
