The Job in a Nutshell:
We’re recruiting for both Electrical and Mechanical Site Supervisors to join a growing M&E contractor delivering specialist projects across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
This is a working supervisor role where you’ll support the Project Manager in coordinating labour, subcontractors and daily site activities while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Whether your background is electrical or mechanical, you’ll be responsible for leading by example on site, maintaining quality workmanship, overseeing Health & Safety compliance and helping deliver technically demanding M&E installations from start to finish.
Should You Apply?
We’d love to hear from experienced Electrical or Mechanical Supervisors, Chargehands or Senior Tradespeople looking to step into a supervisory role.
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualified Electrician or Qualified Plumber/Mechanical Tradesperson.
- Previous supervisory or chargehand experience.
- M&E contracting experience is essential.
- Experience delivering projects within industrial, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare or data centre environments.
- Strong knowledge of installation and commissioning processes.
- Experience managing labour and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Please note: These roles are focused on industrial and specialist M&E projects, so candidates with predominantly commercial fit-out experience are unlikely to be suitable.
