HR Officer (Part-Time)

Salary: Circa £26,000£28,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours), depending on experience

Hours: 20 hours per week, fully site-based

Working Pattern: MondayFriday, 4-hour shifts

The Role

Join the HR team of a successful Lisburn-based manufacturer, providing generalist HR support across the business.

Duties include:

• HR administration and generalist support
• Support across the employee lifecycle
• Routine HR guidance in line with NI employment law and company policies
• Maintain accurate HR records and support day-to-day HR activity

What were looking for:

• 2+ years relevant experience
• CIPD Level 5, or working towards
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills
