Key Purpose of JobAs a member of the Regeneration and Growth directorate the post-holder will be required to: Lead, manage and develop the resources of their service area;
- Estate Management
- Property Maintenance Programmes
- Central Procurement Function
So as to ensure services, both under direct management and indirect control are delivered efficiently and effectively whilst striving at all times for continuous improvement, transformation of services and to support cross-directorate working.
- Work collaboratively with the Council’s Corporate Management Team and other Heads of Service to support the delivery of corporate and community planning outcomes and other strategic priorities to promote the corporate and community outcomes for the area in the role of Corporate Landlord and Strategic Procurement Lead
Develop strong relationships with partner organisations and relevant stakeholders to promote outcome focused, efficient and effective local business and community centred services whilst commissioning and managing the Estate
