SOC Analyst – Voice Recording & IT Service Ops

Kerv in Cardiff is seeking a SOC analyst to join the Service Operations Centre Team in Collaboration & Compliance. The role focuses on maintenance, monitoring, and timely restoration of IT services, with direct customer interfacing via phone, email and chat.

You will handle incident and problem management, log analysis, and coordination with Tier 2/3 teams. The position requires flexibility outside regular hours and weekends, and a thorough background screening.
