Responsibilities

You will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic social housing properties, aiming for first‑time fixes with the support of our 24/7 network.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Hold the right to work in the UK
• Have a minimum of 2 years qualified experience
• Be ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1
• Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
