Family Key Worker: Early Help, Multi-Agency Support

North East Ambition in Tees Valley is seeking a Family Key Worker to join our Early Help Service. You will work with children, young people and families, delivering evidence-based early help interventions to agree achievable goals and improve resilience and outcomes.

You will contribute to comprehensive assessments and care plans within a multi-agency framework, using your initiative and collaborating with colleagues to champion improvements in practice.
