About you

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development environment
  • Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and project management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • CIPD Associate Membership or similar HR qualification is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of industry trends such as AI tools, microlearning, and digital learning solutions

What you’ll do

  • Lead the delivery of the organisation’s annual Training Calendar, ensuring effective evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify development needs and design tailored learning solutions
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring value for money and quality standards
  • Support the delivery and reporting of management development programmes, graduate schemes, and induction initiatives
  • Develop analytics and reports to track training uptake, effectiveness, and impact, offering strategic insights
  • Coordinate the group-wide performance management system, ensuring timely completion and system optimisation
  • Oversee the training budget, monitor spend, and prepare business cases supporting learning initiatives
  • Support compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting
