Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice

Introduction

This will be a 14-month apprenticeship role at a Nursery in Banstead. The candidate will be working at the nursery 4 days a week and will attend Nescot College every other Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Be a reliable member of the team, working co-operatively and with flexibility
• Develop positive relationships with parents/ guardians and other staff
• To supervise the children and ensure their safety at all times
• To ensure quality interaction with the children at play (indoor and outdoor) and at mealtimes
• Assist with planning a programme of activities, suitable for the age range of the children in your care
• Assist with the creation of a stimulating and attractive nursery environment
• Training Outcome
• Typical jobs roles following Level 3 Early Years include: playworker, childminder, nursery supervisor, teaching assistant, educational support assistant.
