Teem Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults experiencing homelessness across homeless accommodation and community properties. You will help residents build independence, access services and maintain a safe living environment.
This role involves lone working, sleepover shifts and a 24/7 rota, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. DBS enhanced is required, and NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
