Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned foreman to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services. This role combines hands‑on fieldwork with crew leadership, scheduling, and client communication to ensure efficient and professional service at every job site. The route for this crew is 50% commercial and 50% residential. Hours are Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 4:30 pm and some Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily routes, schedules, and job completion timelines
- Safely transport crew members and equipment to and from job sites
- Lead and participate in routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weed control, seasonal treatments, and general property upkeep
- Communicate with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance and equipment operation necessary
- Proven ability to manage time, schedules, and job sites efficiently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
