The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, part of the Kohler portfolio, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the Kohler Waters Spa Café team and deliver exquisite dishes for our guests. You will oversee food production, work to the menu and kitchen procedures, ensure HACCP compliance, and operate with discipline in a busy 5‑star environment.
This is a permanent full‑time role with a 9:00–17:30 shift and a salary of £28,930.33 plus tronc.
