General Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our newest location and play a key role in the next chapter of our growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for one of our newest stores. You’ll lead from the front, set the standard, and build a culture that delivers results, develops people, and creates experiences that customers come back for again, and again.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Take full ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead by example on the line, setting the benchmark for brand standards and values
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing crew
• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability
• Manage stock, labour, and financial performance with precision
• Ensure full compliance with all legal, food safety, and health & safety requirements
• Support your crew across every area of the business
• Act as a Doner Shack ambassador within the local community
• Work closely with the franchise owner to drive business performance while building strong relationships with the franchisor and wider support team
