Head of Product – Hybrid AI-Driven Advice

Moneybox is seeking a Head of Product for its new Advice service. You will own the customer experience from initial intake to the Aurora-generated plan and video consultation, ensuring a compliant and high-quality advisory journey.

You will balance customer outcomes with commercial goals, design scalable processes, and partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to embed regulatory standards across touchpoints.
