My client is a leading housing provider based in the East Midlands who manages 4,300 social housing properties ranging from single‑occupancy one‑bedroom homes to larger family houses and high‑rise flats.

Description

• Oversee and manage property adaptations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensure that the organisation remains legally compliant in relation to its statutory obligations to deliver Disabled Facilities Grants.
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure the needs of disabled residents in the area are met.
• Provide advice and assistance on a variety of topics.

Profile

• A background in property management and social housing.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience within the public sector is advantageous but not essential.

Job Offer
