Resourcing & Engagement Specialist (Office-Based)

FGH Security in Lancaster is seeking a dedicated Resourcing Officer to join the Central Resourcing & Engagement Team. This permanent role focuses on scheduling, data accuracy for invoicing and payroll, and building a strong front-line support function.

You will help shape processes and be involved in building a new team, with the aim to be fully functional within 12 months. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication.
