We are a well‑established construction company in the Croydon area seeking a dedicated M&E Manager to build and lead our M&E division from the ground up. Responsibilities

• Build the M&E division from the ground up.
• Lead all operations from installation to completion.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and commercial performance.
• Oversee teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, especially in electrical systems.
• Represent the business to clients in a professional manner.

• Strong electrical technical knowledge.
• Solid mechanical and plumbing understanding.
