Senior People Analytics Lead: Data Strategy & Delivery

Howden is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to lead the data side of the People Analytics function. Working closely with the HR analytics team, you will translate requirements into robust data products, tools and insights, delivering end-to-end in a consultancy-style model across HR, Finance and IT.

You will lead and develop a team of data specialists, govern data quality, and present outputs to senior stakeholders, shaping the function during a period of growth and change.
