E3 Recruitment is advertising a Quarry Manager role for a strategically important quarry in the Lincoln area. You will take ownership of safety-first operations, drive performance and cost control, and collaborate with Mineral Surveyors, Geologists and CAPEX teams to optimise reserves and plan future expansions.
The successful candidate will have mineral extraction experience, a Quarry Manager competency (8.1c/8.1d or equivalent) and relevant health and safety qualifications.
