What you’ll do

• Diagnosing faults to repair or replace equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee.
• Communicating issues, problems and solutions through escalation points.
• Providing first‑class customer service to partners.

Who you are

• An agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role.
• An efficiency expert ready to keep equipment operating effectively.
• A people person who can stay calm under pressure.

Our training

We provide a City & Guilds Assured training programme to develop your technical skills. You will receive hands‑on learning with a senior engineer, attend technical training at Loudwater Academy, and use our digital platform to support day‑to‑day work.
