Air Conditioning Engineer – London Underground (Night Shifts)

We’re Hiring – Experienced Air Conditioning Engineers

Magnolia Building Services is looking for experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineers to join our growing team, working on the London Underground network.

Working Hours

• Sunday to Thursday
• Regular Friday & Saturday overtime opportunities available

Employment Options

• PAYE – Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• CIS – Shift Rate: £200 – £350 per shift (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role

Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding, installations and commissioning of air conditioning systems across the London Underground infrastructure.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with VRV/VRF, split systems, DX systems and AHUs desirable.
• London Underground experience advantageous but not essential.
