Senior Plant Engineer & Workshop Lead (Heavy Equipment)

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Plant Engineer (Workshop Supervisor) in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Salary £50,000–£60,000 with 1.5x overtime, training, progression and a holiday purchase scheme.

You will oversee a small team of engineers and handle fault-finding and maintenance of heavy plant equipment in a combined workshop and field role. The position requires experience operating heavy equipment such as JCB and CAT, with the ability to work Monday to Friday and commute to Stroud.
