BIM Information Management Lead Northern Ireland | Full Time

On site Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to be working with a well-established engineering organisation delivering complex infrastructure and industrial projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a BIM Information Management Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The Role

• Lead BIM information management in line with ISO 19650.
• Coordinate Project and Asset Information Models across multiple projects.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Common Data Environments.
• Conduct model reviews using Navisworks and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Support project teams through training, mentoring and technical guidance.
• Oversee BIM deliverables through to commissioning and asset handover, including COBie.

About You

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years’ experience in BIM or design.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Plant 3D and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management processes.
• Experience within multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom
