Job Description:
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Autism Support Assistant in Southend-on-Sea. This full-time, long-term role starts immediately to support a pupil with autism, helping with learning, communication, and social development within a welcoming SEN school environment.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and support staff to implement strategies for emotional regulation and behaviour, adapting activities to meet individual needs and promote confidence and independence.
