Founder’s Associate: Operations & People

SalesAPE.ai is seeking an early‑career Founder’s Associate to sit at the operational core of the business. You’ll own HR, onboarding, payroll coordination, and investor relations, with exposure to the founder and CEO.

This hybrid role is based in London and offers breadth across people ops, admin, legal coordination, and equity schemes. You’ll work with the Finance team on expenses and vendor management, administer equity plans, protect data, and support events and logistics.
