Regional Care Home Training Lead (Induction & Development) – Travel

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across approximately four care homes in the Witney, Chipping Norton and Jersey region. The role is home‑based with regular travel and bi‑monthly trips to Jersey for four‑day sessions (travel and accommodation paid).

You will plan, deliver, and evaluate training programmes aligned with Barchester objectives, maintain training records, and support Home Managers in developing staff.
