GXO Logistics in Avonmouth (Bristol) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the outbound operation for a high-profile Amazon contract. This role oversees a 24/7 fulfilment centre processing 30,000–40,000 orders per day (80,000 during peak), driving operational excellence and superior customer outcomes.
You will build and coach a large leadership team, ensuring safety, KPI delivery and continuous improvement. Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 with flexibility required.
