Page Personnel in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Advisor to join the HR team on a 3-day‑per‑week on‑site basis. The temporary role starts ASAP and will oversee apprenticeship and early career programmes from day one.

You will coordinate training needs with internal teams, support apprentices and graduates, monitor outcomes and ensure apprenticeship standards compliance. The assignment lasts 6–8 weeks with potential extension.
