Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead (Life Science)

Smart 4 EPC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial Manager, for a landmark life science facility at One North Quay, Canary Wharf, London. Permanent role with up to £95k for the SQS role or up to £108k for the CM, plus benefits. You will own the commercial management on this high-profile project.

Work closely with the operational team to protect entitlements, manage change, and drive commercial strategy. The right candidate may progress from SQS to CM with clear career progression.
