M365 & Cloud Services Specialist (3rd Line)

Brunel University London is seeking an experienced Technical Services Expert (365) to join our Systems Team. The role provides technical support and 3rd-line expertise for Microsoft 365 and associated cloud collaboration services, ensuring security, resilience and fit-for-purpose operation across the M365 estate.

You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting service development, operational stability and continuous improvement, with a focus on securing enterprise-scale cloud services.
