Join the MoneySuperMarket Group’s Data Analytics team and help shape the future of customer experience across multiple brands by turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build self‑serve reports and recommendations to empower teams to make data‑driven decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights across MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert and QuidCo brands.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate work across the business.
• Present findings and recommendations tailored to the relevant audience.
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing data sources.
• Work with Data Engineers to productionise valuable output from projects to commonly used data tables.
• Support and learn from other data analysts, data scientists and data engineers through knowledge sharing and upskilling.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Good working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with code development tools such as GitHub and DBT.
• Experience managing stakeholder work requests.
• Comfortable manipulating and analysing complex, high‑volume, high‑dimensionality data from varying sources and formats.
• Detail oriented and adept at resolving bugs in SQL code and data cross‑checks.
• Adept at data visualisation.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to senior management.
