Aerospace CI Analyst – Lean Six Sigma & Site Move

Matchtech is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst for an aerospace manufacturing client in Titchfield, Hampshire, on a PAYE contract through February 2027. The role supports the move to Daedalus Centre of Excellence and drives CI initiatives across the site.

You will implement and enhance CI processes, analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and lead Lean/Six Sigma projects with strong stakeholder management and on-site delivery.
