Nursing Home Manager (Bristol)
Salary: £65,000-£75,000.
Developing care provider looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a large nursing home offering dementia and general elderly care.
Our client is looking for a passionate Nursing Home Manager for their large nursing and residential service in the Bristol area. The Regional Manager is seeking an experienced registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN, or someone who has experience managing a nursing home, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.
Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role; they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.
Qualifications
- Management qualification
- RGN/RMN with valid PIN or nursing home management experience
- Background in elderly / dementia care
- Knowledge of CQC and standards
- Good communication skills
