Site Manager: Construction Refurbishment Lead

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Site Manager for building services refurbishments in the South West. You will manage site operations across multi‑trade projects, coordinating labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery on time and to budget.

The role requires strong leadership, site safety discipline, and the ability to drive programme progress while maintaining quality across groundworks, roofing, façades, fit-out and finishing tasks.
