Engineering Manager: Maintenance & Reliability Lead

Envar is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function across the Cambridge site, ensuring plant and assets operate safely, reliably and efficiently. You will drive maintenance programmes, capital projects and asset lifecycle management to maximise performance and minimise downtime.

You will work with Site Managers and Operational Leaders to align engineering activities with production targets, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
