What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Servicing & Repairs: Performing routine maintenance, major mechanical overhauls, and health checks strictly to brand standards.
- Advanced Fault Diagnostics: Using modern manufacturer diagnostic software to isolate and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Quality Workmanship: Maintaining a clean “Right First Time” fix rate while hitting well-managed efficiency goals.
- Collaborative Culture: Working alongside factory-trained master technicians and supportive service advisors in a well-kept workspace.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent proven portfolio).
- Solid experience working as a mechanic or technician in a professional garage or dealership setting.
- Confident across servicing, mechanical repair, and fundamental diagnostic testing.
- Full UK driving licence.
